This experience sparked the idea for DIYpal: a platform that connects consumers directly with professional tradespeople through video calls, offering tailored guidance.
This idea was born from a genuine wish to help others navigate the overwhelming world of DIY, creating a community where expertise is readily accessible, saving people time, money, and stress.
